While most American Wagyu is a 50/50 cross between Angus and Wagyu, our beef is the real deal: 100% A5 Wagyu, prized for its extraordinary marbling, tenderness, and rich, buttery flavor. With marbling scores of 7 to 8 — far exceeding the USDA Prime grade of 4 — our Wagyu offers a dining experience that stands in a class of its own.
Every cut from Sandy Fork Farms is trimmed and portioned for maximum flavor:
Steaks are cut thick at 1 1/4 inches
Hamburger is flat-packed at approximately 0.9 lbs per package
Tomahawk steaks average a generous 3.4 lbs each
All of our beef is USDA Texas Certified and individually vacuum sealed.
